    Let us know your preferred date, guest numbers and contact details below.

  2. WE CHECK AVAILABILITY
    We’ll check availability for your selected date and group size.

  3. WE CONFIRM AVAILABILITY
    If your date is available, we’ll send over your booking invoice. If not, we’ll recommend the best alternative dates for your group.

  4. PAY YOUR 25% DEPOSIT
    Simply pay the 25% deposit using the payment details on your invoice to secure your booking.

  5. YOU’RE BOOKED!
    Once your deposit has been received, we’ll send your booking confirmation with everything you need for your Nordic Nights party.
