Swap the usual hotel ballrooms and turkey dinners for something more immersive and memorable this Christmas. With cosy Scandinavian-inspired style, delicious food, live music, and a touch of Secret Door mystery, Nordic Nights promises a Christmas experience that feels anything but ordinary.

Nordic Nights is a pop-up event bringing an immersive Christmas party experience to Leeds. Featuring refined dining, curated entertainment and stylish bars it promises to be ‘THE’ party everyone is talking about. 

Set within a wooden clad, stretch tent village, in the grounds of West Park RUFC in Bramhope - providing easy access for nearby towns and cities including Horsfoth, Otley, Harrogate, Adel, Ilkley and Leeds City Center.

Our pop-up Christmas parties will be taking place on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in December. Other dates are available on request for exclusive hire. Check availability below as some dates are sold out!

5pm: Doors Open

Step into the magic of Nordic Nights and soak up the festive atmosphere that blends Scandinavian charm with the spirit of the season.

5-6pm: Cocktail Hour

Start your Christmas party night in Leeds with our theatrical Northern Lights cocktails, served at exclusive discounted prices.

5-7.30pm: Festive Drinks Reception

Sip and socialise with colleagues or friends while enjoying live music, setting the scene for a memorable Leeds Christmas celebration.

7.30pm: Three Course Christmas Feast served

Indulge in a festive 3-course feast curated by The Hog & Apple, in our beautifully themed dining spaces.

9pm: Live Music, Party & Dancing

The dance floor comes alive with high-energy performances from our talented musicians, creating an unforgettable Christmas party atmosphere.

12pm: Carriages

Last orders at 11:30pm, then enjoy one final drink before our Christmas party night draws to a close at midnight.
