For groups up to 150 guests, we offer a selection of private dining areas that are exclusively yours for the entire evening. We can also screen off sections of these rooms, allowing us to be flexible with guest numbers and tailor the space to suit your group perfectly. This option lets you enjoy a dedicated area for dinner and socialising while still benefiting from the buzz and energy of the main event, including access to the full dance floor, entertainment and shared atmosphere. It’s an ideal solution for companies or groups seeking a private experience without the cost of exclusive venue hire.
PRIVATE DINNING AREAS:

The Hygge Hideout is a cosy, Nordic-inspired space filled with candlelight, soft rugs, sheepskins, and natural touches – perfect for an intimate celebration with serious Scandi charm. This area seats up to 72 guests on tables of 8, with the option to add a few extra guests on the benches if needed.
We can also screen off a sections of this area allowing us to be flexible with guest numbers.

The Enchanted Glade feels like a Nordic forest, with Christmas trees, foliage, and twinkling fairy lights creating a magical atmosphere. This area offers flexible table sizes and can be set up as two separate rooms or combined to accommodate up to 150 guests. There’s also the option to squeeze in a few extra guests on the benches if needed.

For those looking to make Nordic Nights an entirely private affair, we also offer the option to exclusively hire the entire venue for your team. Exclusive hire is available for groups of 150-350 guests. The venue is adaptable so we can close off areas to suit your group size, ensuring it still feels personal and cosy.
