Set within the beautiful grounds of West Park Rugby Club in Bramhope, our Secret Door Pop-Up Venue is the perfect setting for a winter event. If you’re searching for a winter venue (in and around North/West Yorkshire) for November or December 2026 that’s a little different from the norm, you won’t be disappointed!

From the moment you walk through the door, your guests will be wowed by the warm and cosy atmosphere of our beautiful structures. With connectable rooms, the event space is highly adaptable, allowing you to make it your own. Whether your planning a cosy winter wedding, special birthday celebration, bar mitzvah, awards ceremony, or networking event, the versatile structures make it easy to create your ideal layout.

With everything already on-site and set up (including toilets, power, lighting, staging, bars, tables and chairs etc.) we offer the luxury of a bespoke marquee set up for half the price of starting from scratch - making it an affordable and stylish choice for a winter event.

The stretch tents are fully heated, with hard flooring and carpeted throughout, ensuring comfort whatever the weather.
