Tickets are purchased on a per table basis.

Reserve your own table and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of a shared Christmas party, while celebrating exclusively with your own group. Tables typically seat between 8 and 12 guests, with additional bench seating available for larger parties.

    Start your Christmas party night in style with our discounted theatrical cocktails at our Northern Lights Cocktail Bar.

    5-7.15pm: Festive Drinks Reception

    Sip and socialise with colleagues or friends while enjoying live music, setting the scene for a memorable Christmas celebration.

    7.15pm: Three Course Dinner

    Indulge in a festive 3-course feast curated by FOND, sister company to The Hog & Apple, in our beautifully themed shared or private dining spaces.

    9:00pm: Live Music, Party & Dancing

    The dance floor comes alive with high-energy performances from our talented musicians, creating an unforgettable Christmas party atmosphere.

    12pm: Carriages

    Last orders at 11:45pm, then enjoy one final drink before our Christmas party night draws to a close at midnight.

  • Depending on availability and the flexibility of your table sizes, then of course. It’s worth speaking to our team prior to booking if you think you may want to do this down the line.

  • Yes. Nordic Nights is accessible for guests with disabilities and includes a dedicated accessible toilet facility. The venue is on a level, hard-standing surface, making it easy to navigate. Please note there is a small threshold at the main entrance, but our team will be on hand to provide assistance if required.

    If you or any of your guests have specific accessibility requirements, please get in touch before your event and we'll be happy to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.

  • Yes, absolutely! Our purpose-built stretch-tent venue is situated on a hard-standing surface with a solid wooden floor and carpeted walkways throughout, providing a level and stable surface. Guests are welcome to wear heels and can enjoy the evening comfortably without worrying about uneven ground.

  • Yes! Unlike many temporary event venues, our toilet facilities are located inside the fully heated venue, so there's no need to queue outside in the cold or rain. Purpose-built as part of the Nordic Nights experience, our modern indoor facilities ensure you stay warm and comfortable throughout the evening.

  • Booking your Nordic Nights Christmas party is simple. Start by checking availability or contacting our team with your preferred date and approximate guest numbers. Once we've confirmed availability, we'll reserve your tables with a 25% deposit.

    The remaining balance isn't due until the autumn, giving you plenty of time to finalise guest numbers.
