From groups of 40 guests upwards, we offer a selection of private dining areas exclusively yours for the entire evening. Sections within these spaces can also be screened off, allowing us to be flexible with layouts and tailor the room to suit your group size perfectly.
Private dining gives you a dedicated area for dining and socialising, while still enjoying the buzz of the main event - including access to the dance floor, live entertainment and bars. It’s an ideal option for companies and groups looking for a private experience without the cost of exclusive venue hire. Plus you get the buzz of the atmosphere from a shared event.

Enchanted Glade
The Enchanted Glade feels like a Nordic forest, with Christmas trees, foliage, and twinkling fairy lights creating a magical atmosphere. This area offers flexible table sizes and can be set up as two separate rooms or combined to accommodate up to 90 guests. The room can be divided into two or combined with the Hygge Hideout, allowing us to create smaller or larger private dining areas to suit different team sizes.

Hygge Hideout
The Hygge Hideout is a cosy, Nordic-inspired space filled with candlelight, soft rugs, sheepskins and natural touches.
This space can seat up to 112 guests, with the flexibility to accommodate a small number of additional guests on benches if required. The room can be divided into two or combined with the Enchanted Glade, allowing us to create smaller or larger private dining areas to suit different team sizes.

Exclusive Hire
For a completely private Christmas party, Nordic Nights is available for exclusive venue hire, giving you full use of the space for the evening. With the ability to adapt layouts, close off areas, and tailor the flow of the night, the venue can be shaped to suit your guest numbers, schedule, and style of event. The venue can accommodate up to 350 guests, subject to availability.
Exclusive hire also allows for greater flexibility with entertainment. In addition to our signature live DJs, sax and percussion, alternative or additional entertainment can be introduced to create a bespoke experience for your team or guests.
